Means Facilities Construction Cost Data Pricing Book and Drawings, as outlined in individual delivery orders, to accomplish the required work on the Job Ordering Contract. This will be a firm fixed price indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery type contract. Period of performance will be for one year from Date of Award and contract contains four option years for a total period of performance of sixty (60) months, if the government chooses to exercise the options. A maximum of $4,000,000.00 will be expended for each year with a total maximum expenditure of $20,000,000.00 over the five year period, if the options are exercised. Minimum government guarantee for this contract is $100,000.00. Award to be based upon best value to the government, which shall be determined by the acceptability and complexity of the offeror's relevant past performance. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) business concerns.
