The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a time-and-materials order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-00-G-00288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky), 6900 North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 for overhaul and repair of Royal Thai Navy S-70B-7 spare and repair parts and support equipment. Sikorsky shall provide services and materials necessary to inspect, test, modify, restore, calibrate, and/or repair and return to ready-for-issue condition items to satisfy the support requirements of the S-70 assemblies or sub-units.
