This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F01600 00QT0396, is being issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7929, $5mil. Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions.
