bthomas@elcbalt.uscg.mil. POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT. The Coast Guard is
seeking qualified sources that can supply continuing suppot and
amiantenance for the Trimble NT200CG DGPS Receivers. The repair
consists primarily of equipment replacement and upgrades through the
original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The government intends to issues
a contract for a base year and three option years, if exercised. The
government is seeking qualified sources that can provide this service.
It is the governmet's belief that Trimble Corporation, the OEM, is the
only company that can provide the required services. However, other
potential sources having the expertise, required capabilities, and the
ability to purchase OEM parts, can submit such datadiscussing the smae
in duplicate within 15 days form the date of this announcement as per
FAR 5.203. The Government does not intend to pay for;the information
solicited. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to
the requirement mentioned abovel This is not a Request for Quotations
(RFQ), and no cost or pricing data is required. Concerns that respond
to the notice must fully demonstrate their capabilities to meet the
requirements. The following information must be provided to evaluate
the aceptability of the repair services offered: Complete and current
data must demonstrate 1) that potential source has the capability to
perform the repair services, 2) that the offered parts have been
satisfactorily manufactured by the OEM, and 3) that the potential
source has the ability to purchase parts from the OEM on a continuing
basis. Adequately detailed data by which to evaluate the capabilities
