The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, services, and competence to complete the following dockside repairs on the USCGC RELIANCE (WMEC-615): 1.Clean, inspect, and preserve diesel fuel tanks. 2. Preserve potable water tanks. 3. Overhaul and test fuel manifold and valves. 4. Hydrostatically test hot water storage and hydropneumatic tanks. 5. Inspect talon grid installation. 6. Hydroblast gray water piping system. 7. Renew deck covering system. 8. Provide temporary logistics. Place of Performance: Portsmouth, NH. Performance period: August 30 to September 27, 2000.
