The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Technical Library in building 571 will move to the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Academic Library in building 642 and portions of the journal collections from each library will move to a remote storage site, also in Area B. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE AS A COMMERCIAL ITEM ACQUISITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 12 AND WILL BE ISSUED ON A STANDARD FORM 1449 WITH ADDENDA. THIS PROPOSED PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE UNDER SIC CODE 4214, SIZE STANDARD $18.5M. Only companies, including their affiliates, with average annual receipts of $18,500,000.00 or less during the last three (3) completed fiscal years are considered small. See Numbered Note 1.
