This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Solicitation F11623-00-T0254, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation, F11623-00-T0254, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation package includes the Schedule of Products, the Statement of Work (SOW), Provisions/Clauses and Wage Determination. It is the contractor responsibility to be familiar with all-applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business set aside. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that is most advantageous to the government.
