This project will renovate the north wing of the second floor of Building 67 to create an outpatient surgery suite. The suite will consist of two procedure rooms and associated instrument room, recovery room, bathrooms, consultation room, waiting room, clerical space, etc. New HVAC equipment and systems will be required for the area. Additionally, some remodel work will be required in the remainder of the second floor of Building 67 and in Building 23 to allow the north wing to be vacated. The services of a design team including, architects, interior decorator, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers will be required. Estimated construction range is between $500,000 and 1,000,000. Area of consideration is retricted to firms within 50 mile radius of Boise, Idaho. SIC 8712.
