See procurement numbers below: Planning: 00-1-P 1) Critique of the existing Amended Redevelopment Plan means an analysis of the plan in terms of applicable New Jersey state planning regulations and in terms of state of the art planning practice allowing for the topography, location and program objectives. 2) The second component of the assignment is preparing the plan for formal adoption according to the prescriptions of local and state code. Engineering: 00-2-E READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH SCOPE STTEMENT IN NOTICE 1) Organization of plans and of data in a CAD system and in print media into a coherent engineering data base to support short term leasing and long term development. 2) NJDEP and NJDOH have participated, from time to time, in monitoring environmental clean-up and the status of hazardous materials at MOTBY;the successgul bidder may need to assist in determining answere to specific questions as they arise; i.e. comparison of an existing condition with the most recent condition reports to verify accuracy. 3) Cost Estimating: proposers may present an estimate of cost by specifying a number of hours per week of professional services for a period of one year and by providing a rate schedule as a basis for negotiation. 4) Support the development of marketing materials means verification of quantifiable physocal data employed in such materials to assure accuracy.
