The work includes but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove and dispose of the existing modular building. B. Install foundation and tie-down system for the new modular building. C. Reconnect potable water piping and electrical distribution system. D. Install new sanitary sewer system from the modular building to the existing lift station. E. Test potable water piping, drainage, and electrical distribution system. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $30.
