The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Renovation of the Visiting Officers Quarters, Bldg. 1680 at Malmstrom AFB MT. Work elements to include but not limited to such work as Selective Demolition, Removal and Disposal of Asbestos and Lead Based Paint Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Carpentry. Anticipated awarded contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract consisting of a 240-day performance period. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 30 Jan 2000. Proposal Closing will be on or about 2 Mar 2000. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
