Military Sealift command is soliciting for shipboard cargo weapons
elevator control systems (base of one with three options). The control
system shall utilize a programmable logic controller for both
independent and synchronous operation. A draft of the statement of
work, evaluation criteria and submission requirements, and deliverables
will be available on the MSC web page on 3 Nov 99 prior to issuance of
