The aircraft will be based in either Sitka or Juneau, Alaska and will be available on a 24-hour call-when-needed basis during the availabilty period of May 15 through September 30. The contract period will be one year with an option for one additional one year period. Evaluation factors for award will include: accident/flight safety; support capability; aircraft; flight crews experience; business practices; past performance; and price.
