The Officer in Charge requires The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide air filter replacement for air handling and fan coil units in various locations at the Naval Air station (NAS) Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the Naval Auxiliary Landing Field (NALF), Fentress, Chesapeake, Virginia. The work identified to be accomplished by means of Firmed Fixed Price and Indefinite Delivery Requirements. The Government may order one-time filter changes at various locations at the NAS Oceana or NALF Fentress at Contracting Officer's discretion by using Indefinite Quantity portion of this contract. This solicitation is for a base period of twelve months with option periods available for up to additional forty-eight (48) months. Options may be exercised for less than twelve (12) months at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. This procurement is a combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity type contract and is 100% set aside for small business firms.
