The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, equipment, materials, parts, tools, transportation and supplies as required to provide adjustment, inspection, maintenance, repair and minor alteration work for fire alarm systems (both interior and exterior) and sprinkler systems for Naval Weapons Station Earle facilities located in Colts Neck and Leonardo, NJ. The resultant contract will be a combination firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specifications. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1799, Special Trade Contractors N.E.C. and the size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. Performance period will be for a period of 12 months commencing not later than 30 days after notice of award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for periods of 1 to 12 months each option for a total duration not to exceed 60 months.
