SHIPS FOR SALE FOR SCRAPPING The Maritime Administration is offering two (2) vessels for sale for scrapping of their hulls within the United States of America within twenty-four (24) months of the date of delivery. Two (2) vessels, EXPORT CHALLENGER and EXPORT COMMERCE, are located at the James River Reserve Fleet, Fort Eustis, VA. The Government shall provide compensation to the Buyer for the removal and disposal of the ballast mud by the Buyer.
