The contractor shall provide an experienced technical specialist to assist the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Information Technology Center (NITC) with implementing an Electronic Data Interchange/Electronic Commerce (EDI/EC) solution for NITC customers. The Contractor shall ensure the end user can transfer data between the PC Client software and Harbinger's MVS Gateway. The Contractor shall ensure that the software will function as required by NITC for supporting Harbinger's TLE software. Work must be completed by December 15, 1999.
