Specific areas of support include the following: 1) Management support to identify and accomplish training requirements; 2) Management of the Training Management System; 3) Administrative support for employee development and training programs; 4) Management of training facilities; 5) Administrative and technical support to manage computer based training (CBT) program/facility; 6) Administrative support for maintenance, audit and reconciliation of training invoice documentation; 7) Management support to investigate, recommend, develop and establish new training programs/initiatives and/or enhance/modify existing training programs; and 8) Miscellaneous training support.
