Work includes the performance service work in occupied housing units, change of occupancy maintenance in both vacant and occupied units and other related services. This is a negotiated procurement with the intended result of a fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. The contract term is for a base and four option periods. The contract duration, including the exercise of any option, is not to exceed 60 months. Estimated cost range for all years is over $10million.
