The truck shall be delivered FOB destination complete and ready for use. All parts not specifically mentioned, but required for completely operational bucket truck, shall be supplied and shall conform in design, strength, and quality of materials to the remainder of the unit. The aerial bucket truck shall be the latest production model of the manufacturer, not more than six years old and in good operating condition. The aerial bucket truck shall be equipped with the manufacturer's equipment and accessories which are included as standard in the advertised published literature for the unit and any equipment and accessories mentioned in these specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for making all repairs to the equipment. The contractor shall perform all preventive maintenance to include, but is not limited to, oil changes, tune ups, mechanical and electrical boom testing, lubricating, calibrations, and adjustments. Contract period consists of base period (1December 1999 -- 30 September 1999) and two one-year option periods. The proposed procurement listed here will be issued as unrestricted.
