This requirement is for engineering services to upgrade and correct various deficiencies associated with the AN/APM-458 Automatic Transmitter Test Set (ATTS), NSN 4920-01-362-9002DQ. This is not a request for proposal notification. This is a sole-source requirement for Advanced Testing Technologies, Inc. (Atti), Cage Code: 0DRX9. Atti is the designer and manufacturer of the ATTS. The ATTS engineering data is not available in order to allow a non-Original Equipment Manufacture contractor to perform the duties required. In addition to the engineering services, the contractor is to deliver all technical data needed to design, document, manufacture, modify, test, operate, maintain, reproduce, procure, and update the existing ATTS hardware, software, and associated documentation to its new final configuration as stipulated in the SOW. Period of peformance is 18 months. This contract is to be awarded on a firm fixed-priced type contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be consideredby the agency.
