The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) requires contract services to provide organizational assessment and recommendation. FSIS intends to award a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract. Contract award will be made upon advisory and assistance approval. Written and oral presentations will be part of the evaluation and are planned for the month of October. The period of performance for this contract will be from date of award thru September 30, 2000, with four one-year option periods. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.
