The contractor shall provide personnel, facilities, equipment, materials necessary to operate, train, manage and maintain an armed uniformed security force, which shall include: 1. Technical Surveillance Counter Measures; 2. Limited Executive Protection; 3. Special Response Team; 4. Badging and Administrative Support. A Fixed-Rate, Performance-Based Award Fee, Labor-Hour contract is contemplated with one twelve month base period (337,426 direct productive labor hours)and four twelve month option periods(337,426 direct productive labor hours per year).
