The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking to put in place purchase order(s) for Reviews of Rent Comparability Studies (RCS), utilizing form HUD-92273 in connection with the renewal of Section 8 project-based contracts for Alabama, Mississippi and Florida for HUD's MF HUB located in Jacksonville, Florida. The geographical areas covered by this Request for Quotations (RFQ) are the entire states of Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. The projected performance period of the purchase order(s) will be October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. HUD may extend the period of performance for an additional one-year period. Selection of the contractor(s) receiving award under this procurement process will be based on capacity to do the required work in the time frame indicated, price, and technical factors that will be included in the RFQ to be issued on or about August 24, 1999.
