The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting for Real Estate Sales Closing services for single family properties located within the State of Georgia. Sales must be closed within a stipulated time frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. Complete closing packages must be submitted to HUD within 2 working days after closing. The contract will be for a one-year base period, with four (4) option years. Proposals will be rated on technical merit. Contract start-up is expected to be February 1, 2000. HUD posts all required notices of its contracting opportunities on its Internet Home Page Contracting Opportunities site at http://www.hud.gov/cts/ctsoprty.html. This solicitation will be avilable for downloading no earlier than 16 days after the date of its publication.
