Smith, Purchasing Agenct, 919-541-0635 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate sole source procurement with American Meteorological Society, 1701 K Street, NW,Washington, DC, 20006 for Facilitation and Meeting support for the NATO/CCMS Millennium International Technical Meeting on Air Pollution Modeling and its applications. The American Meteorological Society (AMS) will plan, arrange, execute, and document the Millennium (24th) NATO/CMS International Technical Meeting on Air Pollution Modeling and Its Application. This will involve travel by the contractor to the site meeting, notification of the meeting in AMS journals, arrangement of meeting space and audio/visual equipment, collection and compilation of papers for publication and distribution to attendees, on-site administrative support, and provision of deliverables to the EPA. EPA believes The American Meteorological Society is the only internationally recognized meteorogical organization with a scientific mission in concert with that of the EPA and NATO.
