Construct addition to fire station #1, Project Number MHMV971102, and Repair fire station #1, Project Number MHMV971102A, at Kirtland AFB, N.M. Estimated dollar value of the addition is between $250,000 and $500,00, estimated dollar value of the repair is between $100,00 and $250,000. The project is conditioned upon the availability of funds. The Build addition portion of this requirement, Project Number MHMV971102, has a statutory cost limit of $500,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the bidders list. No telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package or bidders list will be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package, Amendments and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
