DESC: We are soliciting in-kind donations for our Christmas Brunch scheduled for 19 December, 1999 at Elmendorf Air Force Base's Susitna Club. This event is open to all base personnel, their families, Department of Defense civilians, federal employees, and retirees who, in the local area, are club members. We are looking for sponsorshop for items sucha s turkeys, candy, cake, cookies, Christmas trees, and a perfessional Santa Claus, photgrapher, and instant film for the apporximatly 200 participants of theis event. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation requested depending on what the sponsor can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising at all areas of the base will be done. Representation of the sponsor at the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 1 December, 1999.
