DESC: We are soliciting in-kind donations for our Superbowl Party to be held 23 January, 2000 at the Kashim Club at Elmendorf Air Force Base. This event will be open to all base personnel, DOD civilians, federal employees, and retiress, in the local area, who are club members. We are looking for sponsorship for items such as, various brunch buffet foods, appetizers, NFL jackets, penants, pictures, caps, jersies, T-shirts, playbooks, and any signed memorbilia. This event is expected to draw approximately 400 particpants. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation requested depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising at all areas of the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event would be acepterd and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and cosidered. Requests for copies of this solicitstion may be requested no later than 1 January, 2000.
