DESC: We are solicitind in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Kashim Club's New Years Eve Party to be held 31 December, 1999 at Elmendorf Air Force Base. This event is open to all enlisted personnel, their families, DOD civilians, federal employees, and retired enlisted personnel, in the local area, who are club members. We are looking for sponsorship for items such as, hats, party favors, noise makers, as well as food items. We are also seeking sponsorship/donations in the form of door prizes for items such as, dinner certificates, trips, airline tickets, glasses, personalized plates, and services from the local community. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation requested depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising at all areas of Elmendorf Air Force Base will be done. Representation of the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation will be considered and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation will be accepted no later than 1 December, 1999.
