DESC: We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Polar Bowl's New Years Eve Party to be held at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska Dec. 31, 1999. The event will be open to all base personnel and their families. We are seeking sponsorsgip in the following areas; door prizes, such as hats, party favors, cups, T-shirts, bowling shoes, bags, and bowling balls. Sponsorship also sought for general prizes for winning games, such as trip tickets, televisions, video cassette recorders, movie rentals, and internet service. We are also seeking food and beverages for approximately 300 participnats. We will allow the sponsor(s) to set up a booth and information, display banners, etc. at the event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and encouraged. Requests for copies of theis silicitation may be requested no later than Dec. 1, 1999.
