The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required in connection with constructing ITAM Facility, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to: constructing a modular building complete with exterior metal siding, metal skirting, interior finishes, metal roofing, interior plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and power systems; delivering, setting up, and leveling two modular buildings (Support modular buildings on loose-laid 8" concrete-masonry-unit piers and tie-down with earth anchors.); installing all utilities to the facility to include a septic tank and drainfield, electrical service, and water. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. SIC code for this project is 1799. This project is unrestricted, all responsible businesses may submit an offer. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for the solicitation package.
