The trail will be designed to "barrier free" accessibility standards. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, structural concrete, bituminous surfacing, aggregate base, hand rails, lighting, culvert installation, gunite, riprap and construction of trail surface. Contract time is 60 calendar days with an estimated start date of September 15, 1999. Price range is $25,000 to $100,000.
