The Army requires a contract for the construction of eight parking lots along McFarland Ave, Fort Stewart, GA. The work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: Construct Parking lots to include all demolition, site work, drainage, paving, marking, installation of exterior lighting and establishment of grass. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The sic code is 1771 and the size standard is $7M. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Performance period is 180 calendar days. Project will issue on or about 4 Aug 99 . Funds are not presently available for this project and no contract award will be made until such time as appropriated funds which may be used to fund this project are made available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
