This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System has a requirement to utilize a pre-existing clinic in the North Platte, Nebraska, area complete with physicians and personnel required for routine primary care services. At the time of response to this solicitation clinic must already be JACHO accredited and must have either on-site laboratory, x-ray, and pharmaceutical capability or a least be able to demonstrate that a contractual relationship exists to provide off-site laboratory, x-ray, and pharmaceutical services to the existing clinic. Clinic must be located within a thirty (30) mile radius of North Platte, Nebraska, and must be located within VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System's primary service area. Physicians, Nursing staff, technicians operating under the resulting contract must meet all evaluation criteria and other professional certifications, and licensing required to operate in such a clinic. The qualifications of such personnel shall also be subject to review by the Chief of Staff of this Medical Center and approved by the Greater Nebraska Health Care System Director. There are approximately 1200 patients in the service area and the VA Greater Nebraska Health Care System intends to negotiate a capitated rate per patient. Clinic profiles will be established as clinic staff deems appropriate to accommodate workload demand. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing.
