The Defense Contract Management Command (DCMC) Rockwell Collins intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0080 with Rockwell Collins, Inc., Government Systems, Inc., 350 Collins Road N.E., Cedar Rapids, IA 52498, for updated AH-1W Cobra software to be loaded into ASQ-205 Control Display Units (CDU), Control Display Navigation Units (CDNU), Interface Control Units (ICU-800) and (ICU-800-1). The performance period will be three months. Rockwell Collins is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the ASQ-205 CDU, CDNU, and ICUs. Only Rockwell Collins has the knowledge, data, equipment, experienced personnel and proprietary information necessary to update and incorporate the Cobra 1.1 software into the WRAs. See Note No. 22.
