This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Item No. 1 Ice point reference system, 75 channels, thermocouple type E, Omega standard OST type female quick disconnect inputs and MS output connectors, all connectors on back panel, non-shielded, standard factory calibrations, Kaye Part Number X0265/QWO148A/K170-75C or equal output connectors supplies by vendor (2 each). Item 2 Same as item 1 except thermocouple type K. Kaye part number X0265/QWO148B/K170-75C or equal The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-11. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3492 and 500, respectively.
