The work of this project consists of the demolition of two buildings, providing temporary restrooms, construction of a new prefabaricated restroom building, removal and reinstallation of equipment, utility connections and associated concrete sidewalks with incidentals complete and ready for use at the Whiskey Creek Launch Ramp and Picnic Area, Whiskeytown Unit, Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area, Shasta County, California. Estimated price range is from $100,000 to $250,000. Project duration is one hundred twenty calendar days. A limited number of solicitation packages will become available approximately July 19th, 1999 on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Contractors will have a thirty day response time for submission of offers. There will be no charge for the solicitation package, however, only one copy will be furnished to each requesting party.
