Construct a two-lane (w/bike lane) extension of 41st Division Drive
from "A" to "D" streets on North Fort Lewis, Washington. Work includes
demolition, roadwork, sitework, drainage improvements, curb and
gutter, asphalt paving, pavement striping, limited landscaping, a few
telecommunications pip crossings, with optional bid items for
landscaping sections of 41st Division Drive between Interstate-5 and
"A" Street. Work does not include sidewalks, street lighting, or
extensive landscaping between "A" and "D" streets. AVAILABILITY: This
Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom
format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or
about 19 July 1999 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be
issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACA67-99-B-0054 when
ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before bid
documents will be mailed. Requests may be made: (1) by fax to (206)

http://www.nws.usace.army.mil. An additional confirmation copy of your
request need not be mailed. Please be sure to include if you are a
Prime, Sub or Plans Room. EBS CD-ROMs may be picked up from the Plans
Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
Submit requests by 12 July 1999. Estimated dollar value is in the range
of $250,000 to $500,000 and completion period is 120 days. Standard
Industrial Classification Code is 1629. Project is 100% Set-Aside for
Small Business concerns. *For the purposes of this procurement, a
concern is considered a small business if its average annual receipts
