Work will include sawcutting and removal of the concrete and asphalt pavement in the buoy handling area and replacement with new reinforced concrete. Placement of reinforcing steel, construction of curbs and accomplishment of earthwork shall be included. The period of performance is 45 days after notice to proceed.
