PROCUREMENT NOTICE Plans and Specifications for solicitation N68711-99-Q-3349 will be issued on or about 2 July 1999 over the Internet at http://www.efdsw.navfac.navy.mil/home.htm as an Electronic Bid Solicitation (EBS). The response time required by FAR 5.203 would begin on the date of issuance of the EBS solicitation. EBS solicitation packages may be acquired by registration and download at the Internet EBS Web Site. All prospective offerors must register as plan holders on the EBS Web Site for this project. Plan Centers are also required to register. Plan holder lists will not be faxed and will only be available at http://www.efdsw.navfac.navy.mil/home.htm . The Official Plan Holders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the Internet site. All requests for specifications must include (1) complete solicitation number and project title and (2) name, address, and phone number, email address of company. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. This work is broken out into three different areas located on station. Building 02244 provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to remove approx 60LF of concrete curb & gutters. Construct approx 2650SF of concrete sidewalks, steps, curbs and mow strips. Install golden gravel and weed barrier, ground cover. Building 02243 provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to construct approx 2160SF of concrete patio. Provide and install approx 1062LF of 5FT high chain link fence and approx 27- 4' wide gates. Chapel Annex provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to remove approx 1300SF of concrete driveways. Construct approx 1300 SF of 4" thick concrete sidewalks and 2 6' long park benches. Performance time is 120 calendar days. The tentative issue date is on or about 2 July 1999 with the quotes due 17 days later. The SIC code is 1771. The relatedsmall business standard is 7.0 million.
