Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to remove the existing floor coating materials, clean and prepare floor surfaces, and apply a new floor coating system on each of the two hangar floors in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Included in the project is the preparation and painting of the markings and borders of designated areas. Total floor area is approximately 53,000 SF. Performance time will be 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Construction magnitude is $100,000 -- $250,000. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this project is 1752.
