Work includes all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision with the incidental services necessary to complete siding of various buildings at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI. Work includes, but is not limited to, siding with commercial grade flush panels. Preparation may include replacing doors (overhead and personnel), painting of doors and trim, awnings removed and replaced, roof repairs and penetrations, remove fence post or relocate. Building structures vary from reinforced concrete block or wood frame. Size of buildings vary as well as elevation. Contractor to provide clean up and disposal of generated refuse and debris during execution of the project, as well as final clean up. The SIC code for this acquisitionis 1761. This acquisition is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Source selection procedures will be used to determine best value to the Government. Technical evaluation, past performance and price are equal factors in determining award. This is a multiple line item acquisition with possibility of multiple award. Contract awards will be made to the offerors proposing the best value to the Government.
