The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona has a requirement for a five (5) year contract to provide automotive batteries in support of the Materiel Test Directorate, Operations and Maintenance Division. The contract will operate on a consignment basis and requires the contractor to supply, deliver, rotate and maintain stock on a periodic basis, however not less frequently than once a month. The following is a list of stock, and or group numbers for batteries that will be required: GC-2; 8D; 27M; U-1; 34; 75; 78; 65; 58; 31; 24; 4D; 3ET; 6TL; 36 volt. The contractor will be required to pick up and dispose of old and used batteries and will also be required to supply other special order batteries on an as needed basis. The contractor will be required to accept the Government Visa credit card as the method of payment. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.
