14 -- TACTICAL TOMAHAWK WEAPONS CONTROL SYSTEM (TTWCS) NAVAL FIRE CONTROL SYSTEM STUDY POC Contact: Frank Fisher, Contract Specialist, (301) 757-5936 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee modification under NAVAIR contract N00019-99-C-0049 for engineering analysis to study and report on the concept of integrating/embedding the Naval Fire Control System (NFCS) and Land Attack Standard Missile (LASM) Fire Control into the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). NAVAIR intends to negotiate the proposed modification on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems, King of Prussia, PA. Lockheed Martin is the prime contractor for the development of the TTWCS. Only Lockheed Martin has the technical expertise, understanding of the TTWCS system architecture, and access to Lockheed proprietary data necessary to perform the required effort.
