The UNICORN STILAS software provides separate authority files for each record type in the library database and includes digital archiving by enabling scanning of material into the library database. SIRSI also has personnel on the staff with the security clearances required to perform the conversion of the existing classified library database. No other company, lacking this combination of product features and cleared personnel can deliver within the required time frame. Anticipated order type will be firm-fixed-price.
