Scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for: 1) a temporary traffic light system, relocating a guard shack, demolishing and rebuilding a concrete ramp, steel curbs and traffic coating for an underground vehicular parking ramp; 2) selective demolition, grout injection work and finishes for offices at the ramp; 3) grout injection, traffic coating and wall lining for a pedestrian tunnel; and 4) selective demolition, grout injection and finishes for a CTA pedestrian passage way. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrialization Code (SIC) is 1542 with a size standard of $17 million. The cost range is estimated between $400,000. and $650,000.
