Provide new electrical service 208Y/120V, 4W, 3PH. 2. Utility to replace the existing 120/240V, 3W single phase & the 240V Delta connected pad mount transformer with a 208Y/120V, 4W, 3PH pad mount transformer. 3. Refeed 240V, 3PH Panels at 208V, 3PH. (a). The owner to modify elevators for 208V, 3PH operation. (b). Changes to the elevators (work by others) will be required due to new power service in the building. Contractor to inform the building manager during the construction phase of this requirement. 4. Refeed the three electrical equipment closets on each of three floors. (a) Replace single phase panels in the equipment closets with 200A, 208Y/120V, Main Breaker, 42 Circuit panelboards. (1) Remove small panelboards and incorporate branch circuits into new 42 circuit panelboards. (2) 400 A feeder to each closet through existing 3" conduit to basement. (3) Need minimumdown time during three phase panel installation. Specifications will only be available through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) on or about June 25, 1999.
