Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to upgrade sanitary sewers in the Wherry Military Family Housing area, employing the pipe bursting method. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 130 calendar days from notice to proceed date. Solicitation is being issued for full and open competition. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the electronic posting system (http://eps.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the files.
