Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification within 15 days from the date of this synopsis. The General Services Administration intends to obtain switched telecommunications services capable of supporting approximately 343 off premise Main station lines from the local exchange carrier. Services are for Federal agencies in Bismarck, ND. Switched telecommunications services must include switched intercom, access to the Public message network and access to FTS 2000 networks and voice mail. Number of lines at individual locations varies from 1 to 88. Space for switching equipment will not be provided. Service will be from August 31, 1999 -- August 30, 2001, (2 years) and the Government may terminate at any time with 30 days written notice. See Note 22. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond should furnish detailed data concerning their capacity to meet the Government's requirement.
